I've spent my career building education systems that actually work for children. Not on paper. In real schools, with real teachers, and real kids who needed more than what the system was offering.
I’ve launched Montessori programs in public school districts, opened Montessori schools, and now support leaders building their own. My work connects classroom practice, curriculum design, leadership development, equity, and community engagement.
Through The Little Seed, I work with public, charter, private, Montessori, and homeschool communities. As a Texas-certified teacher, licensed director, and AMI-trained educator, I bring firsthand experience helping schools move from vision to practice. I’m also developing curriculum and professional learning in English, with Spanish offerings to follow.
My roots are in Montessori, and in its commitment to children too often overlooked or underestimated. That’s the Montessori I believe in: grounded in access, dignity, and possibility for every child.
